yatsushitorikabuto　省鳥兜

A type of decorated beam *kibana 木鼻, which is a simplified version of Japanese monk's hoods torikabuto 鳥兜. Yatsushi 省 means abbreviation. Likewise, yatsushizoubana 省象鼻 and yatsushihouou 省鳳凰 are simplified versions of the elephant shaped *zoubana 象鼻, which is a kind of kibana and a mythical bird *houou 鳳凰 respectively.
