Uchikorobi pillars are also used on a building called Eizanji, ‰hŽRŽ›, an Eight-sided Hall Hakkakudou ”ͺŠp“° (757) Nara. Generally, these pillars were not used for buildings such as temple halls or a vernacular houses.
