The*CHADOU ‚rENTEI ’ƒ“¹â£’û, written by Inagaki Kyuusou ˆîŠ_‹x™Õ states that two walls, the posts and even the ceilings were plastered, and that Sen Rikyuu ç—˜‹x (1522-91) favored this style. Myoukian Taian –ŠìˆÁ‘ÒˆÁ in Kyoto is cited as a representative example. However, the 17c *SEKISHUU SANBYAKUKAJOU ÎBŽO•Sƒ–ð states clearly that the nurimawashidoko has a visible boarded ceiling. | ||||||
