The Atsumi International Foundation 30th Anniversary Party in Taipei was held on November 10, 2024 (Sunday), at a restaurant in Taipei with around 60 participants.

We are very happy to celebrate this auspicious occasion with President Obata of Chung-lu Construction (subsidiary of Kajima in Taiwan), which has always supported our Japan-Taiwan Asia Future Forum since we first held the conference in May 2011; Shing-Ching Shyu to whom we are greatly indebted in the East Asian Consortium of Japanese Studies and the 6th Asia Future Conference 2021 that was held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic; Professor Yamamuro Shinichi who has participated in Atsumi Foundation's various events since the 1st Asia Future Conference; Professor Zeng Qiugui from Tamkang University, the host of this year's East Asian Consortium of Japanese Studies; and many other fellow travelers in the Foundation's journey.

Finally, with Horng Der-juinn, special fellow of the 1995 Great Hanshin earthquake, as the oldest member, the 12 Taiwan raccoons greeted everyone. While entering various life stages in various places, they remembered the days at the Foundation. Being thankful that we could meet again and host a forum together, we would aspire to make new memories together.
