tsuka　束

Also written 短束. Tsuka-no-ma 束の間 is a synonym for tsuka. An abbreviated form for tsukabashira 束柱. A strut or short vertical post of which there are many kinds and are named for their shape or position. See *bachizuka 撥束, *enzuka 縁束, *kentozuka 間斗束, *taiheizuka 大瓶束, *shinzuka 真束, *edazuka 枝束, *minozuka 蓑束, *yuiwata 結綿, *kaerumata 蟇股.

*bachizuka 撥束： Owari Ookunitama Jinja Roumon 尾張大国魂神社楼門 (Aichi) 　 *kentozuka 間斗束： Takisanji Sanmon 滝山寺三門 (Aichi) 　 　 *taiheizuka 大瓶束： Ten'onji Butsuden 天恩寺仏殿 (Aichi) 　 *minozuka 蓑束： Higashikannonji Tahoutou 東観音寺多宝塔 (Aichi)
